Player Forms Due at First Practice
Please print 2 copies of the player form and bring them along with a copy of your child's birth certificate to the first practice.  Your child's coach will need to verify his/her age.  The birth certificate will not be collected.  For information on how to print the player form, click here.

Earrings
Please do not get your child's ears pierced during soccer season. They cannot play with studs in, no exceptions as this is a safety hazard.
